The food was good. Took a long time to prepare, but was good. And the guy charged me for chips when he said he would not. But overall, I’d go again.
In town for my daughters graduation from Bootcamp! We came in late, long drive, the Airbnb we got had no air on all day so it was 98 in the house when we got in so we decided to go grab a quick bite. We was a little unsure at first but so glad we came here! My husband and I split a Cuban and my daughters girlfriend got a Turkey sub… both was extremely good… the shredded pork on the Cuban has an amazing Smokey flavor. They were extremely nice even though we did go in close to closing (we did take it to go) .. we were definitely impressed!
I’ve never been to the restaurant but I’ve ordered from Uber eats about 5 times now. I cannot stop thinking about their veggie sub and I NEVER order veggie subs. It’s a huge plus that they have elotes. The price is not outrageous, the food is outrageously delicious and one of the only menus where I genuinely cannot decide which sounds the best because the selection is so amazing.
My dad raved about the Italian sub at Cantina’s so I tried it for the first time today. Absolutely delicious & the deli is clean & service is amazing. It’s better than the old Subvention way back in the day. Highly recommend!

This is a small place, we had desert and it was REALLY GOOD! Better than your usual chain place. The service was amazing as well.

Good quality food. Finally at last food from a restaurant that satisfies. If you are in the WAUKEGAN North Chicago or Navy Area, this is by far one of the better choices to grab lunch or dinner. Prices are reasonable too. My meal was $16. I got a taco ham and pepperoni sub with fries. The only thing that was a minus for me was the sub bread was too hard but I overall 5 stars
